The aim of the Virginia Judicial System is to assure that disputes are resolved justly, promptly, and economically through a court system unified in its structures and administration. There are 4 levels of courts in Virginia - district (includes juvenile and domestic relations courts), circuit, the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Virginia. The official website for the judicial branch of government in Virginia offers access to court forms, case information for all levels of courts, and contacts for all courts and many court-administered programs in Virginia.
